Squats help build strength through the legs and hips while improving balance, coordination, and control.
They also carry over into everyday life more than people realise — sitting down, standing up, climbing stairs, and moving confidently all rely on similar patterns.

Did you know that we have two dedicated conditioning sessions every week?
If you're looking to improve your cardiovascular fitness, these sessions focus on building aerobic capacity, improving recovery, and supporting overall fitness alongside your strength training.
And while conditioning might not always feel great during the session… it definitely feels good once it’s done 😅💪
To all the incredible mums in our community, the women who somehow juggle work, family, life, and still make time to show up for themselves in the gym...

Louisa will always say she's too old for this 💩 but she is a powerhouse at every conditioning session.
The workout might take a second explanation, and Martin usually hears a bit about it during the session… but Louisa always sticks it out and finishes strong.

Please remember to book into your sessions early, especially over the long weekend, as spots may fill quickly.
