MAJOR STRUCTURAL REPAIRS

This Winnebago had extensive damage that required a complete re-structure and re-sheet. The damage was cut away, frame re-structured, insulation added, roof and sides re-sheeted and new front marker lights added on the exterior. On the interior the walls were re-sheeted and bed re-structured.

The customer was happy with the result, and his RV is ready to be hired out again.

BUNK BED ADDITIONS

Is your family growing? Or have you found a van that meets your needs but doesn’t have the right bed configuration? We specialise in modifications and additions, and can work with you to design a layout that works for your family.

This bunk was added above an existing single bed, with a high front rail to stop little ones rolling out.

WATER LEAKS

If your van has been impacted by water leaks this winter, we can help. We will locate and repair the water leak, and repair the damage to make your van look brand new again.

12 VOLT ADDITIONS

Upgrading to 12v LED lights is a great way to conserve power, especially when you’re off the grid. They draw less power, helping to conserve battery voltage.

Adding USB points throughout your van allows you to charge/ power multiple devices at once, such as your phone, tablet, fan and other electronic devices.

Adding a second battery greatly increases the amount of time you can use your 12v appliances and charge points.

WHEEL BEARINGS

Stay safe on the road by getting your brakes and wheel bearings serviced annually. We can assist with new bearings, bearing re-packs and brake testing.

SATELLITE DISHES

We can install both manual and automatic roof mounted satellites.

If you're concerned about signal disruption from trees and surrounding infrastructure, a manual (portable) satellite TV dish is a great option.

DIESEL HEATERS

Diesel heaters are great if you want to keep warm while off the grid. No mains (240v) power required.

Storage space is at a premium in a caravan, and we can install your diesel heater almost anywhere in your van. In this case we installed it neatly under the bed.
