The customer requested a DPF regeneration for their Jeep Grand Cherokee, following a previous total loss of $15,000 on a different vehicle due to engine issues. Upon arrival, the DPF was 87% clogged. After performing a regeneration and engine carbon clean, the soot levels dropped to 12%. Following a test drive, the customer reported a significant improvement in performance, quieter operation, faster acceleration, and much better engine responsiveness. These two Hyundai i30s diesel were feeling sluggish and smoking, but they’re both running like new now that the job is done. The customer contacted us because his 3.0L diesel Pajero was blowing excessive black smoke. We began by testing the engine sensors and discovered a complete lack of turbo pressure. Upon removing the engine cover, we identified a split hose as the primary cause of the smoke.
​Despite the leak, the engine was significantly quieter, smoother, and more responsive following our cleaning service. The customer was very happy with the results, even though the hose will need to be replaced next week.

This Navara was feeling pretty sluggish, and the owner wasn't happy with the power or the fuel consumption. Once we finished the clean, the difference was huge. The customer was really satisfied with how it performed during the test drive.

This 2024 Mitsubishi Triton, with only 32,000 km on the clock, arrived with an unusual engine noise. After a test drive with the owner, it was clear the engine wasn’t performing at its peak.
​We performed a full carbon removal, cleaned the Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor, and added a high-quality injector cleaner. The engine is now noticeably quieter and has regained its power.

We were called out to install spotlights, but upon arrival, we first had to remove the old lighting setup to make room for the new gear. We installed a new light bar and a pair of spotlights.
​While the client initially wanted the light bar mounted on top of the tray, we recommended installing it on the bull bar and placing the spots in the factory positions. The result is a much more efficient light pattern and a cleaner look overall.

Diagnosed a rough idle today that put my years of experience to the test. After ruling out spark and fuel, a compression test showed vacuum on #1 and low pressure on #4. Found the rockers on both cylinders had walked to the side. Managed to tilt the cam and reset them—saving the engine from a total meltdown. Finished it off with an A/C regas. One lucky owner!
