📸 Took the Canon M50 Mark II out for a photo walk through City Beach and Floreat this afternoon storm clouds rolling in made for some moody coastal shots 🌊⚡️

I also stopped by Reabold Hill Summit Lookout and walked part of the Zamia Trail, scouting my next trail run location (and content spot 👀).

Loving what this camera can do, but definitely feeling the need to upgrade my kit soon thinking a Sigma 16mm wide lens and an ND filter will be next on the wishlist.

When Your Canon M50 📷 Battery Said No, Then Your iPhone Said “I got you” 📱

Took the Canon M50 Mark II out for a chilled winter photo walk in Fremantle this morning 🧣📷

I was loving the lighting, the old buildings, and the stillness of a quiet Freo morning… until my battery died 45 mins in 😩

Thankfully my iPhone Pro Max stepped up and still caught some nice photos.

Lesson learnt: pack a spare battery 😅
Still, some decent frames of beauty from two lenses, same eye.
