What drives me on a daily basis?
✴️Starting the day with gratitude
✴️Staying active, whether that's training or a walk by the river, lake, or coast.
✴️Finding balance through recovery: Reclab, Pilates, massage, stretching and meditation.
✴️Focusing on yearly goals: like increasing hydration levels, drinking less or improving my running distance.
✴️Embracing challenges: Next challenge is nailing butterfly pull ups.
✴️Learning from stronger individuals especially women in my CrossFit community. So many mums who are absolute weapons 💪
✴️Allowing myself to have off days and looking forward to better tomorrows
✴️Showing up for myself, clients and others
✴️Your journey is yours alone!

Hello, my beautiful clients 🙏. On July 18th, I will be participating in a 24-hour Mental Health Smasher in Bali, where every four hours I will be doing a WOD for 24 hours 🏋️♀️.
For too long, mental health has been shrouded in silence, misunderstood, ignored, and often suppressed. We talk freely about many topics but when it comes to mental well-being many still suffer in silence, afraid of judgment, stigma, or being seen as weak.
Let me say this clearly: there is nothing weak about struggling with your mental health. There is courage in asking for help, and there is strength in healing.
I want you all to know that it is okay not to be okay, and I am always here to listen 🙏. If you have ever struggled, know this: you are not alone, and if you haven't, be the reason someone else doesn't feel alone.
Let's end the silence. Let's end the stigma. Let's support each other, not just today, but every day. Because mental health is health.

By working on this, it can assist to create deeper connections, increase personal growth and allow for richer life experiences!
The Ice immersion for 3 minutes was the toughest for me! Thank you to all these beautiful people who were involved in this experience 🙌.

How do I take care of my mental health in this chaotic world that we live in 🙌.
1️⃣Surround yourself with positive people! To become the person you want to be and need to be!
2️⃣Celebrate your strengths, take initiative for your own weakness and embrace positivity
3️⃣Meditate daily or take time for yourself to relax and recharge. I listen to Sarah Raymond on YouTube and read as many mind empowering books as possible!
4️⃣Open communication is the key to a successful relationship in any form! You can never assume people know what your thinking.
5️⃣Eat healthy and drink plenty of water
6️⃣Exercise in any form! It’s so good for the soul! I train 5 days a week and run jacobs ladder to challenge the ticker 🏃♀️🏃♀️
7️⃣Finally my last one is sleep! One I have struggled with for a long time! I now wear blue filtered glasses at night, all lights are dimmed and phone away before bed. If your not sleeping well, your not healing or being productive the next day!
