Congratulations to on such a stunning launch, the night was pure magic. The space, the intention, the women… and ooo, the book 🤤 everything felt elevated and expansive in the best way ✨

Being in rooms like that always reminds me how deeply manifestation has shaped my life. Not the passive kind, the embodied, aware, fully-present kind. The kind where you stop living on autopilot and start consciously creating what you actually want.

The stats are in.

32 years on this planet we call Earth 🌏 and not one day goes by where I’m not contemplating our entire existence 😂

Here’s some things I’m living by at this fine age..

- the best things in life come when you make space for them.
- when you let go, you receive, and when you stand in your power, you truly can do anything (summer taught me this)
- in the end nothing really matters. So do it anyway.
- You don’t rise to your expectations, you rise to the limitations of your subconscious mind.
- detachment doesn’t mean you own nothing, it means that nothing owns you.
- your passion is for you, your purpose is for others.
- if it’s stressful, find anyway you can to turn it into play.

But for real… it’s symbolic. What else screams I just cut ties with my old life and I’m about to quantum leap into a whole new reality? 🫣🤭😎

Nearly didn’t board my flight because I was shaky af 🫠

This is what no one tells you when you’re going through an identity shift.

It’s not fun.

Your ego is pulling you back, so much so that you question everything, self sabotage the progress. It likes to keep you safe.

But that’s where you need to lean in.

I wanted to be the victim. After all, I’d experienced trauma, been gaslit, and had a newborn baby. I was the vulnerable one.

Until that story no longer served me.
Until I was trying so hard to meet the next version of myself, who (to be quite frank) was probably repelled by me 🥲

Because I didn’t even give myself the time to actually heal. I didn’t give myself the space to process, to meet the darker side of myself that was running the show.

And when I finally did. My body moved without me TRYING, everything just became easier.

Thennnnnn, I finally got to evolve & I became ‘her’ through embodiment not through force.

Right now, working less & being a mum more, is important to me.

But don’t get me wrong, there’s days where I wish I could work more and have them less because I’m so passionate about what I do.

But that’s the kicker… to WISH I could work more is the privilege I get to feel because I’m working on my purpose.

I know this will make sense to the right people 😘

We’re obsessed with upgrading our identity because it means we can be the most ALIVE versions of ourselves.

And guess who benefits from that ☺️

Your children.
Your husband.
Your staff.
Your consciousness.
Everyone around you.
