On this page you can book in for hypnotherapy sessions and numerology readings with me.
Hypnotherapy works on the subconscious mind to rewire thoughts, habits, patterns, fears, phobias, beliefs and addictions that are hindering you from thriving in life. A typical session is usually very similar to guided meditation (but we also use metaphors to rewire the unconscious mind) and runs about 60-90 minutes long. It can help you release anxiety, eliminate pain, sleep better and deeper, loose weight, quit smoking ...the list is endless.
