Cabinetry is starting to go in this week.
We have had structural beams put in to really open up the space. New gyprock installed for the ceiling. You should see how much this opens up the entire house.

We love those fresh project feels.
This kitchen is being completely stripped out, walls taken down and the room is being opened up to create a beautiful space with open plan living. Not only are we opening up the space, we are adding in custom cabinetry with stone countertops creating a large, functional kitchen. It will truly be the heart of the home.

From an unused space to a sleek and sophisticated entertaining room.

This room has a gorgeous view of the ocean that was so undervalued. Our client wanted to turn the room into a space they could enjoy and share with their friends. For this to happen, we closed in the stairway, removing the old balustrade to turn the space into its own room creating its own identity.

Projects like these make our hearts sing! We love the feeling of turning old and unused spaces into practical and loved spaces for our clients. Handing the finished projects over and seeing how our clients fall in love with their homes once more is the best feeling!

This renovation is complete with: wine fridge, integrated bar fridge, integrated dishwasher, appliance cabinet, elegant glass cabinetry with a smoky mirror, undermount sink, pull out bin, hot/cold and chilled/sparling Hydro tap, Porcelain splashback, Ceasar stone benchtops and a custom built bar table also featuring Caesar stone, 1200x600 tiled floors, custom bi-fold glass doors, and custom curtains.

Continuing progress in Hillarys - cabinetry beginning in the entertainment room and demolition of the old bamboo flooring. Something that you dont see here is the electrical pre-lay has been completed with new wiring and GPO's ready for the fit-off towards the end of the project.
The industrial vacuums have been going constantly to minimise the dust and to maintain a clean and safe worksite.

What a day for a new project to start. Look at this view we had whilst starting to turn this unused upstairs room into an entertainment delight.

First up - a new wall to be built.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Craig from Weigh 'n Pay. Did you know they have been around since 1992! We felt very privileged to collaborate with Craig to update his store. It truly is such an integral part of the Woodvale community and we look forward to seeing how this amazing new fitout showcases all their products for the years to come. This fitout embodied "Our Project" together.
