We recently had the pleasure of helping create the world for a Midsummer Nights Dream where we created a structure where the performers could climb in, on and around.
We made some boxes with hidden castors with brakes for the performers to be able to move some trees around during the show. We also made a cute little nest that was adorned with all kinds of magical greenery.

Thanks for having us and thanks for the photos you’re a pleasure to work with!

We were lucky enough to be asked to recreate this tree from Mr McGee by Pam Allen for West Australian Opera’s series of school performances.
The challenge being it needed to brake down enough to fit into a car boot but be a quick and easy set up to become this gorgeous 3 metre wide tree.
I hope all the kids love it as much as my little ones did. 🍎
Thanks for helping with the stellar paint job.

You may have seen this pop up office around the city earlier this year for ECU. We made this tiny portable cube that actors performed in around the city for several days to demonstrate the out growing of their careers.
We had to make this piece in a way that was easy for someone else to assemble and disassemble after the initial set up so they could relocate it several times.
It has clear perspex surrounds and had a Venetian blind entry/ exit when complete.

Thanks .rare and Kylie Cliffordfor the opportunity.

Earlier this year we got the chance to bring design to life for Newsies.

Here’s are some progress photos before floor paint etc and some tiny technicians to demonstrate the scale of the build.
The build was quite complex as there were many angles to demonstrate a forced perspective.
It was a great design that really filled the space and had several flown components to compliment the static set.

We had a great time creating this massive shape filled set for ‘Be More Chill’.
The idea was to keep the palette plain then every shape had LED’s running internally that lit up in all kinds of fun colours. We had a great time on the floor paint where got to teach some students a ragging technique with different washes/ shades.
Looked awesome and was a great show.
Thanks for having us

We recently had the please of creating this interactive rocky landscape for ‘Picnic at Hanging Rock’ where the stones had to have the flexibility to have hands and faces poking through then seamlessly blend back into the set.

We did this with a combination of stretching material, wire armature and foam internally to span the seams.

did an incredible job painting the 3d elements into the 2d fabric sections, such an asset to our little team 🥰

It was a lot of fun and looked great!

Here’s a classic semi finished photo of our recent set for ‘We Will Rock You’ which we built and installed and was painted by the amazing (not completed here I should point out)
Thanks to for all your planning and enthusiasm and for getting us on board, I love when people love theatre as much as me!
Glad it went to well!

Had so much fun making this sign and giant gold painted portals for Chicago recently.
We had the pleasure of watching the performance and it was excellent!
One of my favourite shows this one!

Had fun recently making these dinosaur egg incubators and some fish for the Jurassic event recently. Had some great helpers on the project who were proud to see their handy work in the wild 😝

This was a super fun project for the town of Victoria park we did recently as part of their art month.
It was great to get the kids involved- us adults were over thinking the placement of the random art splotches so the kids came in and did the best job. When she said ‘why couldn’t you do it Mum’ I said, ‘because I was worried it wasn’t perfect’ and she said ‘Mum, it doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s art 🎨’ Wise beyond her years 🥰
