Stepping into a new challenge, Daniel “Mad Dog” Fitzgerald has embraced boxing with no prior experience in the sport or martial arts. Throughout the journey, he has pushed himself to learn, adapt and grow, building his fitness, confidence and belief in what he can achieve.

For Daniel, the experience has been about more than learning to box. It has challenged him to stay focused, work through moments of doubt and discover a level of confidence he didn’t have when he started.

Daniel is fighting in support of LIVIN, a mental health charity focused on early prevention, education and breaking the stigma around mental health. Having supported LIVIN through his workplace, Daniel is passionate about encouraging people to speak up, ask for help and look out for those around them.

He believes education can help people recognise the signs, start important conversations and support someone who may be struggling. For Daniel, this fight is about more than what happens inside the ring. It is about standing behind an important cause and helping spread a message that asking for help is a sign of strength.

Ozland

Driven by purpose and determination, Jaidn “From The West” Walters is stepping into the boxing ring, ready to push his limits and make every round count.

For Jaidn, this challenge is about more than boxing. He is stepping into the ring in support of Movember Australia, the global men’s health movement working to change the face of men’s health.

Movember focuses on important issues including mental health and su***de prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer, while encouraging men to talk, connect and take better care of their health.

For Jaidn, fighting for this cause is an opportunity to use his challenge in the ring to help raise awareness and encourage more men to speak up, look after themselves and support the people around them.

The road to fight night will take commitment, discipline and plenty of hard work. But Jaidn is ready to embrace the challenge, step outside his comfort zone and give it everything he has.

He’s not just fighting to push his own limits. He’s fighting to support a cause that reminds men that looking after their health, starting conversations and asking for support can make a difference.

Backed by experience, determination and a willingness to take on a new challenge, Goran “The Old Man” Utjesinovic is stepping into the boxing ring, ready to push his limits and make every round count.

For Goran, this challenge is about more than boxing. As Chief Operating Officer at Benang Energy Infrastructure, he is used to leading, making decisions and taking on challenges. Now, he’s stepping outside the boardroom and into the ring for an entirely different kind of challenge.

Goran is stepping into the ring in support of Kai-Fella, a Western Australian charity dedicated to strengthening the mental health, resilience and wellbeing of young people through early intervention, education and engaging workshops.

Kai-Fella works with schools and sporting clubs across WA, helping young people build stronger connections, develop emotional resilience and feel confident to start important conversations.

For Goran, fighting for this cause is an opportunity to use his challenge in the ring to help raise awareness and support the important work being done to help young people across Western Australia.

Now the training, preparation and hard work all lead to one night. Goran is ready to step into the ring, push himself beyond his comfort zone and see what he can bring on fight night.

But this challenge carries a bigger purpose. Goran is proud to stand behind Kai-Fella and support their work in helping young people build resilience, strengthen connections and feel confident to speak up.
