Happy 30th Birthday Rosie! ✨ 🌙

It’s not every day I get to create this celestial themed black and gold cake for a special 30th birthday.
The flavour is chocolate cake with chocolate ganache.
I loved shaping and painting the edible stars and moons for this cake.

Mel’s 40th birthday celebration featuring this amazing two tier cake with stunning native florals

Happy 40th Birthday Mel!
This spectacular two tier cake has two flavours for the birthday gal and guests to enjoy:
Lemon cake at the top, Vanilla cake with Dulce de leche at the bottom. I made the Dulce de leche by boiling the condensed milk for 6 hours to give a rich dark milk caramel frosting so it’s less sweet but has a deeper flavour to balance the vanilla.

I absolutely adored creating this pastel pink themed wedding cake for you and your 500 guests!

A three tier cake allowed for the bride and groom to feature two different flavours for their guests to choose from. Coconut and Raspberry Cake at the top and bottom, Vanilla Bean cake at the middle.

Allen and JP’s Autumn Wedding 🍂 🍁

They had the most incredible vision for their intimate wedding at the Bell Tower. It was such an honor to bring their rustic wedding cake to life.

They requested for the most stunning palette of burnt orange and dusky pink blooms. As for the flavour? A vanilla bean cake as the top tier and a delicious coconut and raspberry cake at the bottom.

Every single detail they planned for their special day was just absolute perfection.

This elegant dark chocolate and strawberry cake celebrates Abigail’s 16th Birthday! 🍓 🎂

I especially loved piping the frills of buttercream and adding the final touch of strawberries.

Featuring all of Mr. Pickles’ favourite veggies, I also gave him a little birthday cabbage. I carefully shaped each carrot, tomato and sugar pea snap as the sprinkles for this fantastic chocolate cake.

Society was quite unprepared for Barbie’s arrival this season. She appeared in the most extravagant frilled gown, all coquette and ready for the evening’s grandest soirée. Naturally, such an entrance caused whispers.

Yet the true scandal was discovered beneath the skirts. Layers of chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, and vanilla buttercream. Indulgent and far too tempting for polite company.

It seems Barbie has brought more than fashion to the party. 🎀🍰✨

Chocolate Cake with Dulce de Leche Frosting.
To make the dulce de leche a richer caramel, I boiled the condensed milk for 4 hours. I loved adding the gold leaf and edible sprinkles to the cake.

Fresh raspberries, dark chocolate cake with raspberry jam and dark chocolate ganache.

Made for Stef’s birthday, it was gluten and dairy free to ensure everyone including the birthday girl could have a slice.
This cake is also available in regular fashion (with dairy and flour).

🌷 🍓Meg’s Elegant Bespoke Floral Cake 🍒 🥥
To celebrate her exceptional 40th birthday, Meg requested for this abstract floral centerpiece to complement her stunning gold gown by designer Rachel Gilbert.

Just like the gown’s intricate, hand-placed embellishments, I carefully positioned the fresh blooms, fruits and greenery on the textured, stucco-style coconut buttercream. The trickiest part was to not overdo the decorations whilst keeping it looking balanced. The flavour is coconut cake with raspberry frosting- the perfect combination for the occasion. Happy 40th, Meg!

Celebrating a very special first anniversary to come!

The cake cutting is that sweet, symbolic first task this beautiful couple completes together, officially sealing their new journey.
This green “jewel box” cake, captured perfectly by the talented , was a joy to create.
It was decorated with delicate edible piped florals on a gorgeous green base, and finished with shimmering gold leaf.

⚓️ The World of Bill: A 60th Birthday Voyage 🎂
To celebrate Bill turning 60, his wife commissioned a cake to honor his incredible story: a love for travel, family, and his time in the Navy.

I created “The World of Bill,” a rich Chocolate Mud Cake that guests could explore all of Bill’s favourite things. Bill has set off sail to The United Shores but has to make a few pit stops along the way!

Bill’s is journey starts with:
🌊A submarine surfacing near the lighthouse,
he takes a pit stops to take a selfie,
Takes the scenic route to Cheese and Wine isle, enjoying his favourite glass of vino, Golf with the kangaroo
Then lands at The United Shores, joined by his family and friends.

Every piece captured a unique chapter of his life.

Brooke’s father asked for the cake to be a light blue because it’s the colour of their hockey club, the place where the couple first met. White peonies and gold leaf accents were a perfect match for such a special occasion.

The guests were absolutely delighted in the flavour of the cake- a lemon cake with lemon cream cheese frosting because for celebrations, they usually have chocolate cake!
