Scarborough Villa availability for the long weekend and Easter.

Sea-Shell’s is our only house available for the March long weekend and Easter. The other two houses are already booked.

Only availability left in January is Sea-View January 26-31st $280 a night. February weekends are filling up so be quick. Only availability for Easter is Sea-Shell’s the other two houses are already booked. March long weekends are also going quickly.

Sea-Shell’s is a completely renovated second row beach house with amazing views of the Moore River and the Indian Ocean from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. The expansive front veranda gives you magnificent views and a beautiful place to have your morning coffee.

Sea-Shell’s is truly a wonderful retreat for families and friends to enjoy for years to come.

We only accept dogs with approval, extra bond and cleaning fee. Dogs must be well behaved as we don’t have fenced in yards.

Sleeps 10 4x1 1/2, $450 a night and only had a two night stay January 19-21st. February still has dates and Easter is still available in this house, the other two are already booked.

March long weekend is also still available for this house.

Sea-Shell’s availability: January 26-31st… sleeps 10. $450 a night , 4x1 1/2

Sea-View-Play:
January 26-31st…. Sleeps six. $280 a night, 3x1

Shell’s Cottage:
January 18-24th…. Sleeps 12. $550 a night, 5x2 and an outdoor shower.

We’ve lowered the minimum night stay to three nights in January and one two night stay at Sea-Shell’s as our cleaner is way too busy to handle anything less than that time frame.

February dates are also filing up as it’s a two night minimum and the weather’s fabulous that time of year.
