Lightning Puff

From the very first Instagram post back to March 2022, I started Lightning Puff as a home based business and was still a little bit unsure about doing handcrafted éclairs as they were not many around back at the time. Now I have just reached 6k followers and I definitely feel like I have completed a milestone - A HUGE THANK YOU from my bottom of my heart for all the support of my loyal customers, I would not have come this far without you guys!

There always have good days and not so days when running a business… At some point I was questioning myself, why am I doing éclairs, that is labor intense and time consuming also with no shelf life - and yet I am so glad that I adhered to my principles of how I want my products to be and it did pay off. I do value any feedbacks from you guys and truly appreciate the effort for writing them down and sharing them! A HUGE THANK YOU again.

A huge THANK YOU for all your support, since starting as a home business and then opening our cute & charming store here in Northbridge.

It hasn’t been an easy decision to make but, sadly, we have to announce the closure of ‘Lightning Puff – Éclairs by Wu’ after Christmas this year. We had wanted to move to a bigger place but we have decided to take a break first.

We are truly grateful to serve the best éclairs in town for birthdays, family gatherings or just a simple treat for yourself.

Now, let's rewind to January 2022 when I embarked on a culinary journey. By May 2022, “Lightning Puff – Éclairs by Wu” had its grand debut. Those four months were a whirlwind of research, experimentation, precise piping, and countless hours in the oven. It was a quest for perfection that continues to this day, as the learning never truly ceases.

It's not an easy path, but witnessing the smiles on the faces of satisfied customers and receiving their overwhelmingly positive feedback fuels my passion to create even more delectable delights.
