工作职责

一、市场推广与品牌运营

1. 负责中心各平台的日常运营与内容；
2. 负责各类宣传内容的策划与撰写，包括学员成绩、竞赛获奖通报、师资介绍、学期及假期课程推广、各类考试节点提醒等；
3. 负责宣传海报的设计，维护网站内容更新。

二、行政与运营管理

1. 负责家长咨询的接待工作；
2. 负责招生全流程管理，包括咨询登记、入学测试、试听安排等；
3. 协助课表编排，统筹教师排班；
4. 协调管理学员档案。

岗位要求

一、基本要求

1. 具备良好的耐心与服务意识，能够妥善处理家长的高频沟通需求；
2. 英语听说读写能力优秀，可独立完成对外书面沟通；
3. 具备澳大利亚合法工作身份。

二、优先条件

1. 普通话／粤语流利者优先；
2. 具备教育培训、课外辅导或同类客户服务行业从业经验者优先；
3. 市场营销、传播、商科或设计相关专业背景者优先。

Marketing & Administration Officer — 3E Learning (Perth, WA)

About 3E Learning

3E Learning is a Perth tutoring centre running small group classes, one-on-one tutoring and online programs.

We cover Years 1–12: Australian Curriculum and extension programs in Maths, English, Science and HASS; NAPLAN preparation; GATE test preparation; Australian Mathematics Competition coaching; and the full ATAR suite, including Methods, Specialist, Applications, Physics, Chemistry, Human Biology, English, Literature, EALD, Accounting, Economics and Japanese.

Our teaching team includes 33 tutors with an ATAR of 99+, three Australian representatives at the International Mathematical Olympiad and International Olympiad in Informatics, and holders of 60+ AMC prizes.

In the past couple of years, we have achieved wonderful results. Your job is to make sure the right families hear about them, and that everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

What you will be doing？

Marketing & community

• Run our social presence to a content calendar you actually keep to.
• Produce the content: student results, competition wins, tutor spotlights, term and holiday program launches, and ATAR/GATE/AMC/NAPLAN key-date reminders.
• Design on-brand collateral, keep the website current, and send parent EDMs and WeChat broadcasts.

Administration & operations

• Be the first point of contact for parents, including phone, email, WeChat and walk-ins.
• Manage the enrolment pipeline end to end: enquiry, trial lesson, placement, invoice, welcome pack.
• Build class timetables across both campuses and online; coordinate tutor rosters, cover and rooms.
• Keep student records, attendance, fees and discounts accurate, and follow up outstanding accounts.

Who we are looking for

Essential

• Patience, above everything else.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Right to work in Australia and availability across some after-school and Saturday hours.

Highly regarded

• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese as much of our community and content is bilingual.
• Experience in education, tutoring or a similar service business.
• Marketing, communications, business or design background.
