🥳 TIME TO CELEBRATE 🎉

Anyone who's done a subdivision knows how trying it can be, especially in an unsewered, bushfire prone & environmentally sensitive area in the Perth hills.
We deal with these circumstances all the time.

We've just had two separate submissions approved within the statutory timeframe, with no concerns raised by any Govt agencies and with perfectly reasonable subdivision conditions.

That makes us happy 😊 and, most importantly, our clients were very happy 😀

Scheme Amendments (re-zonings) often take a bumpy path!

Last month we completed the re-zoning of a rural paddock in Moora to accommodate a new McIntosh & Son agricultural machinery dealership. 🚜

Thanks to much appreciated open communication with the Shire of Moora, Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage and our clients, and flexibility in responding to public submissions, the process ran smoothly.

We look forward to the next stage being obtaining development approval so that McIntosh & Son can move from their current cramped space into premises on their new site.

We’ve done a fair bit of work obtaining approvals for Places of Worship over the years. ⛪️🕌⛩💒
Regardless of the nature of the faith, they inevitably get mixed reactions from Councils & communities.

We obtained approval for the Westminster Presbyterian Church Maida Vale a couple of years ago by resolving these challenges through thoughtful design.
We hope they’re enjoying the additional space they have in their new building 😊

😀 Great to be back at work after the Christmas/New Year break:-
SIMON spent some time down south relaxing, although almost got blown away with the winds 💨;
JASON spent Christmas with family in sunny QLD 🏖…thankfully avoiding Covid and managed to get home without having to quarantine for 14 days; and
NARELLE spent the time enjoying traditional family Christmas gatherings 🎄🍷

Every project has its issues 🤔
This one was a subdivision with an historic house that our client wanted to save next to the Southern River in Gosnells - where the vegetation along the river created a bushfire risk.🌲🌳🔥
We managed to sort it all out, the subdivision is now complete and he has new neighbours. 😀🙋‍♂️
