ZAMBIA RECRUITMENT: TRAINER AND ASSESSORS (COMPLIANCE AND SAFETY) FOR A MINING COMPANY

We are looking for qualified and experienced Trainer and Assessors to support our client’s mining operations. This role focuses on providing high quality training and assessment in compliance and safety to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.

What we are looking for :
• Education: Full Grade 12 Certificate and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Professional Registration: Current registration as a Training Professional with TEVETA.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in occupational health and safety, including at least one year in learning and development, preferably within the mining industry.
• Qualifications: Formal qualifications in Learning and Development, such as a Diploma in Teaching Methodology, or the ability to obtain them.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing and delivering safety training materials and facilitating induction programs for employees and contractors. The role involves assessing training needs, evaluating program effectiveness, and maintaining accurate training records using INX Intuition. You will also ensure all activities align with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
