Another project we've had on the go at the Perth workshop!

Fresh from the Pilbra - this thing came to us caked in red dirt and in a million pieces. She was in need of alot of love. It's a shame we didn't grab more before photos 😅

Heres a few of the big jobs we tackled

✔️ Replaced all hydraulic hose's with our in house hydraulic hose set up
✔️ Replaced perished suction lines/ fabricated new pipe ends
✔️ Removed all the dodgy wiring and made the sensors function correctly
✔️ Replaced wheel bearings/electric brake pads & drums all round
✔️ Plumbed in new vortex charger and repaired multiple leaks to guarantee maximum suction!

What can't we do! Boodjar Corporation needed this old vac unit put onto a newer truck, but the tray was a tad long.

Working with an engineer, we chopped a bit over a metre off the end.

While converting it over, she got the full MHD treatment.

✔️ Shorten chassis & tray
✔️ Relocate spare wheel
✔️ New rear wiring harness
✔️ Custom made chassis mounts
✔️ Mount old unit to engineer spec
✔️ Re-wire all the accessories
✔️ Full Re-Hose and repair of hydraulics
✔️ New signage and a lick of paint

The boys have been flat out in the workshop 🔧

This little rig came in for a massive tidy-up after ongoing minor issues.

✔️ Re-routed and secured all hosing and cabling to prevent rubbing

✔️ Spiral wrap and burst protection added where needed

✔️ Cleaned and treated all electrical connections
