This is the glossary you wish you had when you first started poking around in Meta Ads Manager.
Something I see with almost every client I’ve worked with: your results will improve when you *actually* understand your data.
I want you to make more sales, more leads and waste less ad spend.
And yes - I made one for the e-commerce AND service-based business 👏

Anyone else?
You turn them off, they turn them back on.
It’s a vicious cycle out there
If Meta ads are something you’ve tried to DIY with little success.
Might be time to start looking at it as a pay job.
What’s the jobs you refuse to do?
If you have a s**t product - Meta ads aren’t going to help you
If you’ve got a s**t website - Meta ads aren’t going to save you.
Yes they are amazing but they’re not going to solve all your problems.
When you understand how they fit into your overall marketing strategy, that’s when you’ll start to see growth in you business.
If you’ve ever had your Ad account hacked, it’s probably the most stressful thing you can go through.
As small businesses we are the person that has to solved all the problems.
There is no huge team to help
So I think everyone needs to show some loved to .surfshop because being in small business is hard enough.
“How much should I be spending on my Meta Ads?” - This is my most asked question.
And rightfully so, you want to know the best way to spend your money.
If you’re just starting out, you can start with $20 or $30 a day.
All that happens when you spend less is that it takes longer for Meta to feed out your ads, start collecting data and make a sale.
If you start spending $100 a day when you don’t have the money to spend, you will panic and turn them off after 2 days.
Remember, you’re in it for the long run!
There is nothing wrong with taking it slow and going on your terms.
Amazon, Temu, and Shein are forecast to generate more than $18 billion in sales by 2026.
That’s 36 % of the total Australian online retail market.
This is a stat I would very much like to change.
If you’re a small brand, you can not just rely on organic content anymore.
The fact is that you need Meta Ads to be seen and discovered.
If you’re sitting on the fence and haven’t started yet. I have space for one new Management client in April.

The most underrated (and cheapest) Meta Ad campaign nobody talks about → Instagram profile visits campaign.
The reality is that the number of Instagram followers you have does matter (I wish it didn’t).
Customers are always going to stalk your page before purcahsing and the number of followers you have is a factor when making a decision.
Customers also need about 30 touch points with your brand before making a decision.
It’s one great way to grow your followers and push them to your page so they can see what you’re all about.
**ONE caveat is that you must have engaging organic content.
This campaign doesn’t automatically = more followers.
It pushes people to your page so you need to make sure that people have a reason to hit the follow button.
The best part - I only spent about $10 per day on this campaign.
