Stunning result on this balcony for our client. Full strip of the balcony, waterproofed with WPA membrane system, and the screed and tiling installed with correct fall to our custom channel drains. Finished off with epoxy grout for enhanced durability, aesthetics and watertight grout lines.

Dodgy “tradesmen” previously tiled the area and charged for waterproofing, screed and tiling. The waterproofing was practically non-existent, the “screed” was just tile adhesive they built up and the tiling wasn’t completed all the way to the perimeter. They sealed the edge of their tiling with badly applied silicone and called it a day. Needless to say our client ended up with a second shower in the downstairs bathroom over winter.

This project was given a 10 year warranty on our installation, and backed with a product warranty from WPA. Now they have peace of mind that their balcony will no longer allow water ingress to the floor below, and have a beautiful space to enjoy.

Project we completed a few months ago in beautiful Busselton. Our client created an awesome deck situated on the roof of the 2 story property. However the previously applied membrane failed and water came flooding in, causing damage to the ceiling. We installed a new WPA membrane system to the deck and walls. The deck was fully detailed with Butyl bandage and WPA elastoband to all joints and transitions, as well as the joints between the CFC sheet substrate. A fully reinforced WPA 200 membrane was applied to the deck, with WPA 230UV applied to the walls. The deck was finished with WPA Tuffcote for a non-slip coating and a beautiful coloured top coat. Safe to say this deck has been given the works. Huge thank you to our client for letting us complete this for you. An awesome job in an awesome location!

Havnt posted in a while. Balcony completed for a return client in Scarborough. Had concrete delamination issues which were repaired by the skilled workers here at Hydroworks WA. The balcony was waterproofed and finished with a non slip top coat of WPA Tuffcote.
