First hyrox men’s pro ✅

The hardest thing I’ve ever done. 3 months ago I set the goal and I was the heaviest and the most unfit I’ve ever been (97kgs). I used to fight at 75kgs 👀
I Lost 7 kgs in 3 months before competing.

Really proud of myself for pushing through mentally. After the 80m burpees I was ready to quit 🤮.

Time to drop another 10kgs and go again. Locked and loaded 💪🏼🏃‍♂️
