What's this honeycomb structure??
It's called infill and as the name suggests, it's the 'filler' inside your print, all 3d prints are inherently hollow until we add infill.

How much infill you choose affects material costs and production time, but also affects strength and weight. There are also many different types of infill patterns to choose from. We can even print completely solid objects for when maximum strength is required.

Fortunately you don't have to think about all that, simply talk to us about your intended use case and we can help you with the right settings!

This is version 2 and 3 of a bracket we are designing to mount the headlight module shown.
A personal project but a good demonstration of 3d printed prototyping.
Each bracket will be printed in about 5 minutes each, allowing us to test fit and make changes quickly and cheaply before spending the time producing the final product. (and knowing that it will fit perfectly!!)
