🌸P.s if you aren’t already supporting your immune system, spring is the time to start thinking about supporting your immunity especially if you suffer from seasonal allergies 🤧. Prevention is always better than cure, so getting your zinc levels checked and boosting them if necessary, eating immune enhancing foods (all the seasonal citrus) and supplementing with herbs/nutrients will go a long way in preventing seasonal symptoms this spring.
