Yesterday was an absolutely awesome day CARCO.com.au Raceway with Arise Racing ariseracing for the Pindari House lap challenge charity event. It was for an awesome event to promote the men’s rehabilitation program. It is about men wanting to break their addictions and to help men’s suffering, it was so great to be apart of this amazing event. It was a time trial style of event in the radicals and everyone who participated had a coach with them, I was fortunate enough to have B Sport Bd Soutar-dawson in the car with me, I got faster and learnt so much more on how to drive these cars. Going 8 tenths quicker felt so nice. I was up against adults all the way to around 50. It was great to win and have the fastest time. Everybody was so supportive and congratulated me. I would like to thank everyone for their support, arise racing and Pindari house for putting together this great event and my dad for getting me in to drive. It was a great day

Words can't describe how grateful I am for today ☺️

This morning I finally got to have a day in a Radical SR3 XX. Going from a Ka100 motor on a kart to a race car like this was a massive jump, and I'm pretty proud of myself on how well I did, getting under 1 minute. The speed in these things is crazy, going 200+kph on the back straight and braking within 100 meters to a sharp last turn. These cars have so much grip and I felt so confident and natural behind the wheel, I would like to thank my dad for giving me the opportunity, the whole Arise Racing team for allowing me to do this so young, Michael Epple for sitting next to me and teaching me on how to drive this car and making me go faster, managing to lose 4 seconds in half a day was crazy. Hopefully next time I can hop in the car myself and have Bd Soutar-dawson B Sport there. I have been told two people in the car makes a 1-2 second difference. I'm honestly stoked with how well this went and will definitely be back again, thank you everyone who has supported me on my journey.

WA STATE SERIES RD 3 & CARNIVAL OF KARTS

A weekend to remember that is for sure. I kept it consistent all weekend and probably had a chance to clean sweep it.

Qualifying: P3. I only got about one clean lap in as I kept catching up to the kart ahead. Still happy with the result anyway.

Heat 1: P3-P2

Heat 2: P3-P1

Heat 3: P2-P1. Got really lucky here as I was running third but the leaders crashed out. I’ll still take it though

FINAL: P1-P1. Absolutely stoked with this as it was my first open win of the year and keeping it in first the whole race. I ended up winning by 5.1 seconds!

Overall I am over the moon with this weekend, I kept it clean and consistent. This gave me good points for the championship too as we head into Albany. I would like to thank for the awesome helmet, and West Coast Civil for sponsoring me. .dicker for all the help and effort you guys put in for me and the whole team and the Radfords for all their support every weekend.

Chace raced the Carnival of Karts at Wanneroo hosted by Tiger Kart Club on the weekend with a great result.

Qualifying he couldn't get clear track and qualified 3rd. We didn't dwell on it, knowing he had the pace and being up the front was good enough.

Heat 1 - P3 > P2
Heat 2 - P3 > P1
Heat 3 - P2 > P1
Final - P1 > P1🥇

Finally back on the top step. It's been awhile but he did everything right on the weekend and kept it clean, keeping him out of trouble.

That gives Chace a couple of points buffer now in the series. Onto Albany next and hopefully we can keep this going 😉

Huge thanks as always to Flatout Karts, Greg Dicker, Sam Dicker and the team for your help and support.
Happiness Co and West Coast Civil for the partnership and sponsorship.
Rod Gilchrist for the killer helmet 😍
Everyone else for the continued support and cheering us on.

Couldn't get a clean run in qualifying. P3, not too bad

WA STATE SERIES RD 2 MIDWEST TRIPLE CROWN

A very hot and windy weekend just missing out on the win as we only got the setup right for the final. Overall happy with the end result.

Friday practice: Felt really comfortable in the kart even with dead tyres and still able to put in some good lap times.

Qualifying Saturday: P2 by 0.004. Soo close to putting it on pole

Heat 1: P2-P3. Went down to P3 at the start and stayed there for the rest of the race. Unfortunately I dropped a wheel on the last lap and I believe I could’ve finished 2nd if it wasn’t for that.

Heat 2:P3-P2. Got into 2nd right at the start but just couldn’t get the win unfortunately lacking a bit of pace.

Final Saturday:P2-P4. Had an ok start but got freight trained coming in to turn one. Stayed with P3 all the way but just not close enough to get on the podium

Qualifying Sunday: P4. Really really close between the top 5.

Final Sunday: P4-P3. Really happy with this result as I unfortunately went on another drivers rear since I had gotten squeezed and went all the way down to 7th. At lap one it looked like I had no chance at finishing on the podium but with a few setup changes I pushed through and made some great passes climbing all the way back up into P3. There will be another post coming soon with some killer overtakes.

Overall a decent weekend and happy with the result. It was good to be back in Geraldton as I do really like that track. I would like to thank my sponsors @happiness__co and West Coast Civil, @flatoutkarts @flatout71 and @sam.dicker for everything you do for me I can’t thank you guys enough. Max from flatout for being my mechanic this weekend you were great help. My dad for driving me to Geraldton and back, The Radfords for the support and my mum and sister for cheering me on all weekend.

I now lead the series by 1 point and hope to extend it more. My next race is in Wanneroo for the Carnival of Karts and im really excited.
