Things going nicely so far!

I'd be naive to think that this was going to continue at CollieMotorplex on May 16.

The combination of Damien Croxon and the Renault Megane is a very fast one at Collie and I'm almost certain I'll be chasing him for the weekend. Let's see!

ROUND 2 DONE ✔️

Quali — Bolted on greens and put it on pole by over a second.

Race 1 — Great battle with the IP guys, thanks for the clean racing 🤝

Race 2 — Tyres over pressured, car was sliding around but still got the win. Damo and the Megane aren’t far off 👀

Enduro — Strategy went exactly to plan, but with a couple of hiccups.
Lost radio comms halfway through and picked up a 30s penalty for crossing the pit entry lines.
With no comms, saw the penalty board for car 85 and pushed hard, laying down fastest laps to minimise the damage.

Super grateful for these results — absolutely loved the enduro and keen to do a lot more of this 🙏

Congrats to Gavin Dixon for P2 on debut in the enduro 👏
Well done to all competitors who finished 💪 hard luck to those that didn't.

Big weekend for Mason Legg Racing 💪🏁

Qualified P1 and set the tone early.

🏆 Race 1 – 1st
🏆 Race 2 – 1st (and broke the C Class lap record 🔥)
🏆 Race 3 – 1st

That’s a clean sweep and 1st outright for the round in WA Production Cars.

Considering we only completed 4 laps at the tuning day, this result makes it even sweeter. Massive thank you to Brad from Precision Auto Haus for getting the Golf turned around and race-ready — couldn’t have done it without you 🙌

Tough break for my mate Kyle McPherson in his Renault Clio in Race 1. Copped some damage, but the safety gear did exactly what it’s designed to do — limited further damage and, most importantly, kept him safe. That’s what matters most 👊

On to the Enduro in April!

It’s your turn to give something back to those who help make your motorsport possible — family, friends, sponsors, pit crew, whoever’s been there while you've been out chasing your motorsport dreams!

Two chances to hit the track:
📅 Saturday 15 November – 5pm–10pm (on track from 6pm)
📅 Saturday 29 November – 1pm–9pm (on track from 2pm)

For WASCC Members Only, this event lets you take your passengers for the ultimate hot lap around CARCO Raceway. Cost is $165.00, plus a $45 AASA day licence (payable direct to AASA).

⚠️ Important:
👉 All drivers must have an AASA licence before the event.
👉 Driver Indemnity Form must be completed before the night.
👉 Passengers must be 16+ years old.
👉 Minimum gear: helmet, long sleeves, long pants, enclosed shoes.
👉 Ideally, your passenger side should mirror your safety setup (race seat, harness, HANS device preferred).

You can do one or both! Its up to you.
