As many of you know, Thomasine will soon be taking some time away for maternity leave. We are all so thrilled for her, and excited to announce that the wonderful Dr. Adelle will be taking over our member's care over this time.
Adelle shares a similar philosophy as Thomasine, wanting to address the root cause of people's dysfunction, not just the symptoms.
We're so excited for you to meet her, and to continue the great results our members have been having.

At Chiro Twenty Two, we don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Whether it’s a long-standing concern or a new sensation in your shoulder, Adelle’s focus is on looking at the whole picture, starting with the spine, and how your nervous system is communicating with the rest of your body.

A little update from Chiro Twenty Two!

As many of you know, things are about to look a little different here as we prepare for the arrival of baby Eddie. While I’ll be away on maternity leave very soon, I am so incredibly happy to introduce you to the wonderful Dr. Adelle.

Adelle isn't just a brilliant chiropractor; she’s someone I personally see and trust. We studied together, and we share a very similar approach to how we support our practice members.

She’s a true Hills local—so if you see her around Mt Barker or Lobethal, please say hi! (And if you have any "Feed Me" menu recommendations, definitely share them; she’s always looking for the best local eats!)

We can’t wait for you to meet her in person.

When the routine breaks, connection can begin.
Holidays are so much more than just a change of scenery; they are a beautiful window of opportunity to tune out the external noise and tune back into you. Without your usual morning rituals or daily checklists, what is your body actually trying to tell you?
Maybe it’s asking for a long, slow walk, or perhaps it’s nudging you toward a much-needed afternoon nap. Or in my case, a coffee!
Next time you’re away, try dropping into yourself and just listening.

There's nothing worse than going on holiday and waking up with that sick, sniffly feeling.
We’ve all been there, in fact when we were 18 we went on a 6 week European adventure and Matt got sick in the first week!
What we know now that we didn't then is that the goal shouldn't just be how to bounce back faster when we get sick, but how we keep our immune systems strong and resilient to stave off sickness as best it can. From staying hydrated to simple natural supports like essential oils, it’s all about giving your body the tools it needs to function at its best, even in unfamiliar environments.
