MS is a complex neurological condition that affects the central nervous system and can impact movement, sensation, vision, cognition, and fatigue levels. No two journeys with MS are the same — which is why personalised, multidisciplinary care is so important.

🌍World Nutrition Day

World Nutrition Day feels like a good reminder that improving your nutrition doesn't have to mean overhauling your entire life.

Most people think they need a brand new diet starting Monday. In reality, small changes done consistently tend to be the ones that actually stick.

They seem small, but they add up quickly.

This Dietitians Week, this quote stopped us in our tracks - because it captures something we don't often find the words for. 🌿

So much of what dietitians do happens quietly behind the scenes. The hours spent staying across the latest evidence, the careful way complex science is distilled into guidance that actually fits someone's life, their preferences, their culture, their reality.
