Hello everyone! 😀 I am participating in Ks for R U OK for the month of October as a fundraising and fitness challenge to spread awareness of su***de prevention within the veterinary industry. Veterinary staff are four times more likely to be affected by su***de than the general population.

I will be logging all of my dog walks and adventures with my dogs from Sandy Paws with Cass! For every kilometre I complete, I will donate $1! 🙌

Mason strutted his stuff on walks 🐶, Tilly turned cuddling into a full-time job 😻, and Marty kept the gossip flowing - nonstop chatterbox! 😄
