The Spit Shack is an Australian owned family business inspired by the flavours of Croatia 🇭🇷🔥 All of Spit Shack’s produce comes from local farmers.
That includes the fantastic lamb and pork, our eggs, bacon, bread from local Braidwood bakeries and so on. We believe that great quality local produce tastes better, is environmentally responsible and helps the local community. Let us know if you have any suggestions on how we can improve our service and range. Try our fantastic roast lamb and pig from the spit which is prepared each day and cooked for many hours on an open fire...

Yass-here we come again. Come and grab some spit roasted goodness this Friday 15 May at Walker Park for the Rugby League juniors. Then our usual spot at Hamilton Rise on Saturday from 12-7:30.
