ACL REHAB
Will is kicking goals with his early stage ACL Rehab with a nice quiet knee, meaning the absence of swelling, great range of motion and solid quads activation. However we have had to adjust a few hamstring movements in the past few sessions due to increased muscle soreness allowing the tissue time to adapt and cope with load before progressing to the next stage.

Meet Jen, Jen has a diverse background in physiotherapy, having worked in private practice, private hospitals, and public hospitals in Melbourne. She also shares her knowledge and expertise as a teacher of Undergraduate Physiotherapy Students at Monash University.
With a passion for Pelvic floor health, Core, Strength and Conditioning, Lower Limb Injuries, Running Biomechanics and Rehabilitating athletes of all kinds. In her spare time, she enjoys CrossFit, Coffee and her dogs. Her dedication to fitness and wellness shines through in all aspects of her life.
