Our work at Mingle Creative is dedicated to the women who came before us, the ones who carved space where there wasn’t any, who worked hard, pushed boundaries and showed what strength looks like in motion. Every opportunity we have today is built on the resilience of generations of women.

And a special nod to the switchboard women, including my great aunt in the 1960s, who kept communication flowing long before technology made it easy. Their precision, patience and grit remind us that progress is a collective effort, passed from hand to hand, decade to decade.

Here’s to the women who built the foundation, and to the women continuing the work. We step forward because they stood firm 💛
