🚀 Success Share: Salutegenics Rebrand
The Salutegenics rebrand was about so much more than a visual update. It was about learning what sets Salutegenics apart, creating clarity in a complex category, and building a platform for growth.
Together, we stripped everything back to uncover the heart of Salutegenics, Maria herself. We dug deep to define what the brand truly stands for, then delivered a full strategy and brand update that made Maria and the Salutegenics team feel seen, understood, and accurately represented.
The result was a brand that:
• Demonstrates a clear, compelling identity and positioning
• Improves understanding of Salutegenics’ services with their core audience
• Simplifies a complex preventative health category
• Builds authority and credibility in a crowded wellness market
• Positions Salutegenics as a leader helping define a new standard in preventative health
As Maria shared in her testimonial:
“They scaffolded each step to hold complexity of our human work, build clarity, and bring strategic insight, not just design.”
We’re incredibly proud to have partnered with the Salutegenics team to bring this next chapter to life.

At Sentius, building a people-first culture means creating policies that genuinely support our team.
We’re proud to introduce our new Menstruation & Menopause Policy, developed by our DEI Committee as part of our commitment to fostering a workplace built on care, respect and inclusion.
Experiences of menstruation and menopause vary widely. For some, symptoms are minimal. For others, they can significantly impact day-to-day wellbeing and the ability to work. Despite this, workplace support in many industries is still limited.
Our new policy recognises these realities and allows people experiencing symptoms to:
• Take leave when they are unable to work
• Access flexible work arrangements when symptoms arise
• Receive support managing symptoms while at work
By introducing this policy, we’re taking a step toward reducing stigma and ensuring people feel safe and supported in the workplace. We're proud of this initiative and hope to see more organisations across our industry take similar steps toward creating more inclusive workplaces.

Great insights from the WORK180 International Women’s Day Summit 2026 in Melbourne, attended by members of the Sentius team Emily, Johnathon, and Rebecca.
This year’s theme, “Balance the Scales,” called on organisations to look closely at the structural barriers that still prevent girls and women from advancing and what practical steps can help create fairer workplaces.
Some examples shared at the summit included:
• Paying superannuation on parental leave
• Reframing parental leave as family leave to support broader care systems
• Editing job ads to encourage women applicants (such as clarifying that candidates don’t need to meet 100% of the criteria)
A powerful takeaway was that achieving gender equity isn’t only about supporting women; it’s also about rethinking systems that affect everyone.
Progress doesn’t only happen at work. True equity also requires shifts in how we think about care, responsibility and opportunity in our home lives.
There were great conversations and valuable perspectives, leaving us with plenty to reflect on as we continue building an equitable workplace.

To mark International Women’s Day, the Sentius team held an Introduction to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion workshop led by Belinda from WORK180 in our Melbourne office, with our wider team joining remotely.
Through open discussions and hands-on activities, the session explored gender equity in the workplace, challenged assumptions, and gave our team practical ways to build a more inclusive culture, from the language we use to the conversations we create.
A valuable opportunity to reflect, learn and continue the work of building workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Thanks for leading an insightful workshop Belinda, we appreciate the opportunity to spotlight the importance of equity in the workplace.

🎾 We're proud to be partnering with Wilson AU this summer
Sentius is supporting Wilson AU in amplifying their summer campaign, helping extend reach and impact.
To build momentum beyond existing activity, our team recommended a complementary mix of digital out-of-home and programmatic CTV/BVOD, delivered through our partners at The Trade Desk. The result: a broader, more connected presence across premium screens and environments.
Early results have been extremely strong, and with the campaign still live, we’re looking forward to seeing the full performance report.
Game on!

As Mark Fraser says, "If your brand isn’t recognised as a trusted source by AI systems, you don’t exist in the answer. GSO changes that."
Thanks to Bandt for featuring Sentius and our launch of the Generative + Search Optimisation (GSO) model: our response to discovery shifting toward AI-driven platforms and conversational search.
