A gentle and dependable Pokémon that spends its days basking in the sunlight to strengthen the life energy within its body. The shell on Turtwig’s back is made from hardened soil, and when healthy, a small twig on its head can even sprout new leaves. Calm by nature and loyal to its trainer, Turtwig prefers steady patience over rushing into battle.

Chimchar, the fire type Sinnoh starter.
An energetic and mischievous Pokémon that is constantly on the move, always eager to climb, explore and test its limits. The flame on Chimchar’s tail is fueled by gases in its stomach and burns brightly even in the rain. Beneath its playful nature lies a fearless determination, giving it the drive to take on challenges head first without hesitation.
