Swift Parrots are in trouble - big trouble. With only an estimated 750 mature birds left in the wild, this critically endangered species breeds in Tasmania and migrates to mainland Australia in the winter. It’s no wonder ecologists are excited to spot hundreds of them in Victoria. ❀️❀️ 🦜 ❀️❀️
