We sometimes forget just how much we’ve grown in recent years... Until it’s time to get everyone into a team meeting. We don’t all fit in the boardroom anymore, even with a few people dialling in.

While many team members joined remotely for last week's team meeting, what’s especially cool is that this was a single team meeting across five countries and five time zones.

What makes it work is the commitment of our international team members to meet in the middle — even though that sometimes means a 3am start (and yes, we do feel a little bad about that).

Welcome to our newest team member, Mike Brewer!

Mike joins Traffio as our Director of North American Sales, based in the US. He brings extensive experience across business development, sales, and account management, and will lead our efforts in the States. Mike will be the primary point of contact for our US customers, supported by the wider Traffio team.

Over the past few weeks, Mike has been getting to know Team Traffio across the globe and diving into everything we do. He’ll also be joining us at ATSSA, so please be sure to say hello and make him feel welcome.

Three years and counting!

This month as we continuing celebrating our milestones, today we celebrate Jason's 3-year anniversary at Traffio. As a Developer, Jason consistently shows up with a strong work ethic and a problem-solving mindset! His contributions over the years whether in development, team events or just supporting other team members in general, he has helped shape key parts of the software and supported the wider team and business! Thank you so much for all you do.

Sasha has officially hit her 3-year anniversary with Team Traffio. After returning from maternity leave in September last year, Sasha has continued to shine in her role as Developer and Team Lead. Her leadership, technical expertise, and dedication to the team have had a strong impact, and she hasn’t missed a beat.

Team member community shout out...

This March, Brad is taking on the Peaks Challenge, this route is 235km ride with over 4,000m of climbing, all within a 13-hour cut-off.
