A luxurious modular home built off site, ideal for this complex sloping site, designed to capture the breathtaking costal views. Specialist geotechnical slope stability modelling was required to design a retention system into igneous rock to safely support the modular structure above provided full structural design and geotechnical services.

The Golden Plains Wind Farm project involves the establishment of a wind energy facility including wind turbines and associated electrical infrastructure on 16,739 ha. The site is located on land that is primarily used for agricultural purposes and has been substantially modified over time due to agricultural operations such as broad acre cropping and livestock grazing. successfully provided civil drainage engineering services for the proposed Workshops, Offices, and Hardstand.

Boronia Junction Childcare Centre was built from an existing Ten Pin Bowling Centre with a build cost of approximately $6M. A challenging aspect of the development was to retain the existing steelwork roof trusses and removing the existing roof sheeting to create an outdoor open space. successfully provided full structural and civil engineering services.

An architectural ‘butterfly-shaped’ awning. Structurally designed to cantilever with a wingspan of 10 meters, is clad with photo-voltaic solar panels, and covers 40 carparks, it also includes Electric Vehicle (EV) fast chargers.

The potential for flooding at the site was a major consideration of the design, the structure has been engineered to withstand these flood depths and velocities, including an allowance for debris build up. provided full structural engineering design services.
