Boronia Junction Childcare Centre was built from an existing Ten Pin Bowling Centre with a build cost of approximately $6M. An architectural ‘butterfly-shaped’ awning. Structurally designed to cantilever with a wingspan of 10 meters, is clad with photo-voltaic solar panels, and covers 40 carparks, it also includes Electric Vehicle (EV) fast chargers.
