Its compact design, extendable cabin, and ability to travel with the fly and counterweight make it one of the most versatile cranes in our fleet.

Backed by our experienced operators and rigging crews, the LTC 1050-3.1 delivers safe, efficient lifting when space is limited and precision matters.

That’s .

Precision in the heart of the CBD.

For this recovery at 51 Flinders Lane, our LTM1450-8.1 was set up with up to 84t of counterweight and boom lengths reaching 84.1m, working between 10m and 48m radius to dismantle the J438 tower crane.

Tight footprint right on Flinders Street meant everything had to be planned properly, outrigger loads and ground pressure (sand then bog mats down), clearances to cable stays, and a controlled, staged pull-down.

Every section came down to plan, with the crew keeping it steady from start to finish.

That’s what it takes when you’re working in tight city spaces.

For this Dangerous Goods precast install, our team deployed the Liebherr LTM1250-5.1 to safely install structural panels weighing up to 10.15 tonnes within a tight building envelope.

Configured with 88 tonnes of counterweight and a 51.9m main boom, the crane operated at a 37.5m radius to accurately place each panel against the structure.

With limited access and close-quarter positioning, control was critical.
Tag lines were used to guide the load, while constant communication between the crew ensured each panel was landed safely and precisely.

Precast installs like this might look straightforward… but as always, the real work happens when the crew make it happen onsite, that is after the planning, rigging, and behind the scenes work is complete.

Another lift completed the Premier way.

Our 100T Tadano is the kind of crane that earns its keep across a wide range of jobs.

Quick to mobilise, straightforward to set up, and capable of reaching where it needs to without overcomplicating the lift.

It’s a practical crane that suits a lot of real-world site conditions while still delivering serious lifting capability.

Right crane. Right setup. Job gets done.

250t on the hook, 8t in the air.

This water tank lift for our client is a reminder that no lift is ever “just a lift”. This type of lift requires detailed planning, the right crane selection, and a team that understands how to execute with precision under real site conditions.

From positioning and setup to final placement, our crew ensured the lift was carried out safely, efficiently, and exactly to plan, minimising disruption while maintaining full control throughout the operation.

It’s this level of preparation and teamwork that keeps projects moving and clients confident."

Bridge span installation - 350t crawler on site.

Crane configured to match the lift radius and load, with rigging set for stability throughout the lift - From pick to placement, every movement was controlled to ensure safe and accurate installation.

Delivered as planned.

Bridge beam install - what goes into a lift like this?

Before the lift even begins, the fundamentals are locked in, the load weight, centre of gravity, lift points, and rigging configuration are all verified to ensure the crane is operating within its capacity at the required radius.

The setup is just as critical - A stable crane platform, correct steel bog mats, and a clearly defined exclusion zone prevent ground failure and keep personnel out of the lifting area.

During the lift, control is everything. Tag lines are used to guide the load, communication between operator and crew is constant, and a test lift is carried out to confirm COG and rigging integrity before proceeding.

That’s the process behind delivering heavy lifts safely and efficiently on complex sites.

This generator lift isn’t just about moving 60+ tonnes, it’s about the people behind it. From the riggers on the ground to the operator in the cab, engineers, project managers, every role matters, and every move relies on trust, communication, and experience working as one.

Late nights, tight installs, and complex lifts are where culture shows - It’s the crew backing each other, sticking to the plan, and getting the job done safely, no matter the conditions.

This is what looks like on site.
