Cevapi

Cevapi is a family run business with focus
on providing you with the most delicious tasting cevapi using an old family recipe with the most important ingredient being LOVE! Cevapi use top quality local Australian produce, a mixture of Beef and Pork ground meat combined, with selected herbs and spices to create an authentic southern European style dish. Cevapi are served on a fluffy white Ljepina (Balkan bread roll) with traditional cabbage salad which is shredded raw, prepared with quality olive oil, vinegar, salt and ground pepper. Ajvar (roasted pepper relish) is spread over the Ljepina and garnished with diced white raw onion.
