In her role as Head of Development, Ashleigh manages all aspects of development and portfolio advisory projects and has assisted in securing over AUD 900million in development projects across the industrial and commercial property sectors.

Karen is Principal Architect with a strong development focus and extensive body of work across industrial, commercial, hospitality, retail and residential sectors. Karen’s meticulous attention to detail and passion for development is reflected in every project undertaken.

What's behind the arch window?
The charming heritage curve seen in the existing windows was the inspiration behind the playful custom arched hot desks lining the open plan work area.

Our vision for healthcare encompasses wellness and beauty for a holistic approach to physical and mental wellbeing. Within the medical space, a desire to convey hygiene and technology often overwhelms what feels comfortable on a basic human level. We have approached the design to create a sense of calmness, openness and nature to invite feelings of comfort and trust.

Wide walkways, a bright and airy palette and considered use of natural and artificial light are elements that help patients feel at ease when seeking treatment and medical advice.
