This partnership is built on long-standing trust, shared values, and a belief that strong networks are built on strong relationships. It brings together Australian manufacturing, Indigenous enterprise, and a practical commitment to doing business in a way that creates real impact.

To mark this partnership, we’ve also collaborating with Indigenous artist Nathan Patterson whose artwork will feature on selected Codecom panels. His design centres on the message stick, one of the oldest known forms of communication, symbolising movement, welcome and shared connection.

It’s a powerful reminder that infrastructure doesn’t just move data. It carries stories, responsibility and connection across distance.

FRIDAY FACTS: AI doesn’t work without Fibre

The physical layer a vital piece of the AI puzzle, and without this connectivity AI simply doesn’t work.

Lately at Codecom we have been delivering products to a number of large scale AI projects utilising our engineering resources to provide High Quality, Ultra Low Loss MPO Connectors, customised cable fan-outs & importantly labeling to match the customer device requirements and complimenting these with our custom MPO Breakout Panels. As AI project demand increases, in time delivery is becoming more critical, and with our supply chain and manufacturing capabilities we continue to be able to deliver to meet these schedules and provide the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Just quietly, how good do our lacing bars look when complimenting this AI fibre installation.

VOCUS PROJECT HORIZON

Codecom is proud to be announced as a key partner for Vocus Project Horizon which will provide the first competitive backbone between Perth and Port Hedland, WA. Codecom will supply our Australian made and manufactured Marker Posts for the 2,000km 38 Terabit- per-second fibre route in Western Australia.

This is the first major project for Vocus’s billion-dollar investment program and will ensure the Vocus network connects all mainland capitals. Horizon will also interconnect with two high-capacity submarine cables in Port Hedland – establishing Australia’s north as a new hub for domestic and international data.

This is such an exciting and incredible project that will increase connectivity in WA to some of the most crucial regions and we are grateful and extremely proud to be able to support Vocus in delivering this project.
