Topping off a fantastic year, the Nicholson Real Estate team is proud to be recognised at the REIV Awards for Excellence.
We were successful in both Marketing Campaign of the Year categories: under $10k for 4 Sumner Street, Brunswick East, and over $10k for 630 Rathdowne Street, Carlton North. These campaigns celebrated the history, character and stories behind the homes, and we’re thrilled to see this approach acknowledged.

A Night to Remember at the REIV Awards!
Last Thursday at Crown Casino was a night full of excitement and recognition at the REIV Awards. Our team was incredibly proud to have three finalists across multiple categories. A huge congratulations to Claire for taking home the Property Manager of the Year award! 🏆
Though Alex and I came runner-up in the Marketing Award (over $10k) category, and Rose was just shy of the Operation Support Award, the evening was a huge success overall.
We capped off the night with a bit of fun on the slots, making it a perfect end to an inspiring evening!
