We’re proud to share that Empire Vale Public School has received a Special Mention at the 2026 Architizer A+ Awards.

Following the devastating floods of 2022, the Northern Rivers community faced the challenge of rebuilding not only critical infrastructure, but the places that support everyday life. Designed and built using 27 modules, Empire Vale Public School was delivered as part of the region’s recovery, providing a resilient and welcoming environment for students, teachers and families.

Honoured to be recognised alongside some of the world’s best architecture - and even more honoured by what this project represents for the Northern Rivers community.

When Homes NSW needed 20 homes across 10 Sydney sites, the delivery model mattered as much as the design.

With 90% of each home completed offsite in just 19 days, site works and manufacturing run in parallel. While foundations are being prepared on one site, modules for the next are already moving through our facility.

Installations are now underway, with the program continuing across Sydney. Here are a few shots from the first site.

A site with 140 years of history, at the foot of a volcanic mountain in one of Australia’s most celebrated wine regions. The brief was to create something contemporary that still felt grounded in the landscape and history of the site - delivered through modular construction.

The Local Project captured it beautifully - a great project to be part of.

48 modules installed in 9 days. The first stage of Snowy Hydro’s permanent staff accommodation at Cabramurra is complete.

Set in Australia's highest-altitude township in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales, the project replaces buildings lost in the 2020 bushfires with 52 modular townhouses, manufactured offsite and assembled on site in one of Australia's most challenging environments.

The pace on site reflects careful planning and tight coordination with Snowy Hydro and the project team.

Stage two follows later this year.

Meet Nick Te Puni, Contracts Administrator at Modscape + Modbotics.

Originally from Gisborne on New Zealand's east coast, he earned a Construction Management degree after an early career detour through weekend labouring and a formative stint shadowing a project manager, and the rest is history.

Before joining the M+M team, he found time to dive with bull sharks in Mexico, which is either very brave or very Nick. Away from the desk, he is more at home underwater than above it, holding an advanced diver's licence.

He is also the kind of person who comes prepared: a long black with cream on the coffee front, and a private snack drawer at his desk about which he is telling no one.

The clients came to us with an existing set of plans and a clear vision for their new home in Epping, a leafy suburb in Sydney's north-west. Our architectural team are reimagining the design from the ground up, adapting it for modular design and shaping a bespoke home that is uniquely their own.

Passive house principles are central to the design, prioritising thermal comfort, exceptional indoor air quality, and enduring energy performance.
Soon to be manufactured in our facility, where every element is built with precision, protected from weather delays, and delivered to a fixed timeline, bringing the design to life with intent.
