For the past two years, we have been proud to partner with Metro Trains.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work together, and even more grateful for their commitment to Changing Lives Through Employment. That shared focus on people is what makes partnerships like this so important.

Looking forward to continuing the journey together.

For 38 days, our team has been part of the Walk For Truth from Naarm to Canberra.

We chose to be involved because we believe in what this journey stands for. Truth, healing, and the opportunity for our country to listen and learn.

Our role has been to keep people safe so the walk could continue, so stories could be shared, and so this movement could have the impact it deserves.

We are proud to stand behind something bigger than ourselves and to play a small part in a journey that calls for understanding, respect, and change.

As of today, Fraser Werner, our Operations Manager, will be transitioning to a part‑time role while remaining an important part of our team.

We cannot thank Fraser enough for everything he has given to this business. The care he has shown every client, every employee, and every project has left a lasting impact on all of us.

This company simply would not be what it is without his heart, work ethic, and grit. While this is a change, Fraser continues to be a valued part of our journey.
We are excited for what comes next for you and wish you all the very best.

We are so proud to have been named a finalist for the Civil Contractors Federation People and Training Awards First Nations Leadership Award.

This recognition means a lot to our team and reflects the work being done every day to support people, leadership, and opportunity.

We are excited for next Friday’s event and wish good luck to all those who have been nominated.

Not all worksites are straightforward, especially when they involve night works on major corridors.

Our shutdown of Wurundjeri Way alongside Millennium Rigging required hours of preparation behind the scenes, from plans and permits through to fully preparing the utes with the correct equipment and coordinating the entire crew.

Complex sites demand clear communication, attention to detail, and a team that knows how to execute under pressure.

This is how safe, controlled night works are delivered.

When COVID shut down Michael’s business, he was left carrying the weight of looking after his entire family and his in‑laws as the sole income earner.

Michael joined First Nations Traffic Management in 2021 and has loved the work ever since. He enjoys being outdoors, working with different people and clients, and knowing he is helping keep everyone safe and happy.

His drive to learn, improve, and give his best every day has made Michael such an important part of our team for the last five years. We are proud of how far he has come and grateful to have him with us.

This is what changing lives through employment looks like.
