Dockside Tower
Providing residents, owners and real estate agents the latest news for Dockside Tower
The Dockside Tower page is to keep residents and owners up to date on the latest news and information regarding the building. The page is managed by Blake Solutions, the Building Management for Dockside Tower.
Residents may have noticed that the second entrance door is not closing at the moment due to a broken hinge.
It would assist Building Management if ALL RESIDENTS could please close this door when they are entering or exiting the building to keep the building secure. Thank you!
Today is set to reach 42 degrees in the city! We advise all residents to close their blinds to keep the sun and the heat out. The cool change is expected to arrive between 6pm and 7pm. Enjoy your day and stay cool!
And we are back! Business as usual starts today 🙂 remember to email or call us if you have any queries!
Blake Solutions would like to wish all residents, owners, agents and businesses associated with the building a very Happy and Healthy New Year!! We look forward to working with you again in 2018.
Building Management are available for emergencies only today and regular hours will return tomorrow.
Fire alarm. Please evacuate the building calmly.
There is currently a white Toyota Yaris parked illegally in the car space of apartment 123. This car is parked illegally and must be removed as soon as possible. If any resident knows who this car belongs to, please email Building Management (do not call as it is after business hours).
The rightful of the car spot will not be held responsible to any damage to the vehicle while parked illegally. He has had to move into a different car spot which will now cause upset for another resident.
It is now safe again to enter your apartments. We thank all residents for their cooperation in this matter.
Fire Alarm at Dockside Tower. Please evacuate calmly via the stairwell
There has been a small fire reported to fire brigade in the building. Fire Brigade is on site and investigating. There is no need for alarm or evacuation at this time
We have double the number of painters on site today. They will be working on the King Street and La Trobe Street sides simultaneously.
Building Management have spoken to the painters and have tried to build a timeline for residents. Please be aware that this is a guide only as weather can affect the project.
Monday 23rd to Wednesday 25th - King Street side will be painted.
Thursday 26th to Friday 27th - No painting
Monday 30th to Wednesday 1st - La Trobe Street side
Thursday 2nd to Monday 6th (no painting on weekend) - Spencer Street side
Tuesday 7th to Thursday 9th - Little Lonsdale Street side.
Painters will then go around the building again to paint the hand rails.
Residents can assist painters by removing all items possible from their balconies during the painting period.
We hope this helps residents and we will notify of any changes on Facebook.
