SIGNAGE!
- We had a great day yesterday driving around the eastern suburbs, delivering our new signs for SEVEN LUXURY HOMES we have in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs.
Remarkably, they all seem to be in a similar stage of construction, namely basement substructure and none of them have the ground floor in just yet.

Situated in the heart of Toorak, a new four-storey single-family residence constructed in in-situ reinforced concrete, featuring stairs, contemporary facade, single basement, approximately 1,500 square metres of internal space and external pool and pavilion structures.

SIGN!
- We’ve just got some new signs done by the peeps at
Aluminium composite in “FORM Engineers BLUE” (thanks Pantone!🤣) with logo etched into the Aluminium face!
Stunning, eye-catching, glimmering quality!
You’ll be seeing these all round Victoria in the coming years but in the next few weeks probably mostly around Melbourne Eastern suburbs where we’ve been fortunate enough to be working on some incredible luxury homes!

TULLAMARINE
- Nice wide shot of a warehouse we are currently remodelling to include a new mezzanine office space; the warehouse itself will be accommodating a modular construction facility - looking forward to getting our teeth into that!
We’ve done a few modular buildings but they were typically off-site fabrications custom designed, which in our view is a major failing - we need high production throughput on a handful of designs to make it economical.
It genuinely feels that the right thinking is, at last, being applied to the modular sector!

ADELAIDE
- Currently halfway down the basement for a New Residential Project in Armadale VIC!
We’ve designed the basement with temporary props however as we excavated, the team questioned that the soil may be stiffer than predicted - site visit with Geotechnical Engineer confirmed we were correct, so we received new properties, redesigned the basement without props and saved around $40k.
It’s well worth carrying out good Geotech work, it pays dividends throughout the project for both the temporary design during construction and the long term design during the lifetime of the building.

KERFERD
- Excellent shot of one of our many Residential projects we have on at the moment - this one in Albert Park!
Extensive refurbishment including lowering of existing floors and roof remodelling with new single storey basement to rear!

JOHNNYS GREEN ROOM

We’ve been working on this project on-and-off for over 12 years - today we visited K&G to discuss some future designs - whilst there we visited the Rooftop Bar - they’ve just finished the latest framed-glass enclosure which we designed including the roof strengthening! Looks amazing!
