We're proud to announce we've been awarded the construction of a new 2-level office and storage facility for Johnson Young Cranes.
Gross Floor Area: 3,800m²
Heavy Duty Hardstands: 9,000m²

Today at LSR Construction we’re on-site at 217 Separation St, Northcote, working in partnership with Time & Place.
The project involves delivering a self-storage facility within the existing single-storey sawtooth warehouse, including offices, amenities, car parking, loading areas, and landscaping.
Works are progressing well, with mezzanine installation underway, electrical rough in, concrete works and roof replacement reaching its final stages, we’re now nearing completion. Stay tuned.

We’re pleased to welcome Barry Van Dyk to LSR as our new Site Manager.
Barry will be overseeing site operations and supporting project delivery, and we look forward to having him on board.
Solid progress being made at 128 Paramount Blvd, Derrimut!
Internal framing and cladding are well underway on this 5,000 sqm cool room and freezer facility, complete with a two-storey office sitting right in the heart of Derrimut's industrial precinct. Big things are taking shape and we're locked in for a July completion. Stay tuned!

Peet St, Pakenham now complete. LSR Construction Group is proud to deliver this purpose-built food manufacturing and production facility for Maltra Foods, completed in partnership with Reddan Property Group as Superintendent.
The project comprises:

Evoro has come to a close!
