As summer slips through our fingers, we hold onto Natasha Bedingfield's 'Unwritten' with a strong grasp, tying it with a theme undefined, vague but close to our heart. The stage is SET for Volume 80, Issue 02: ✨️The Improv Issue✨️
For our second production, the spotlight is on YOU and your prop is... an empty canvas of endless possibilities. Grab the feathered quill and pour your heart out. Explore anything and everything you know or experiment with something new.

📘 Catalyst welcomes submissions from all current RMIT students, however we often receive more submissions than we can publish. The Editors need to make the final call about what gets published, and Catalyst and RUSU reserve the right of refusal to print submissions received.

As 80.1 was being planned, the Editors voiced their concerns about the lack of on-screen romaniticisation of the City of Naarm compared to the likes of metropolitans such as New York, London and Paris in mainstream media.
It would have remained a matter of solicitude if it wasn't for our friends at In Review () who stepped in to resolve our concerns. In Review's in-house film critic, Olivia Jones sheds light on cinema that embodies our beloved city.
