Working as a film and television editor for 30 years Dave has cut five feature films, over 200 episodes of TV, hundreds of TVCs and more than 50 short films that have played at festivals worldwide. Dave is a graduate of the Australian Film, Television & Radio School (AFTRS) with an MA in Editing for Drama and won the Complete Editor Award in his graduating year (1998). In 2025 I spent the year working on NCIS Sydney. A full year working with an amazing team.
But before I did that I did some additional editing on War Machine. A huge action/sci fi coming to cinemas and Netflix very soon.

Old friends and new jobs. Working in Sydney at the moment on NCIS and it’s a great opportunity to catch up with a film school buddy from yesteryear Bin Li. 😀

Another year… another update. After cutting the series finale of ‘La Brea’ I moved on to a new Netflix series ‘Territory’ (out October). I’ve just finished working on the 2nd season of ‘Bay of Fires’ for the ABC (Australia) and about to start ‘NCIS Sydney’ on Monday. It’s good to be busy and love working with such talented collaborators. 😀
I’ve been so busy I haven’t updated this page in a while.
2022 was a full year of shows including ‘Irreverent’ on Netflix and season 2 of ‘La Brea’ for NBC Universal. 2023 is off to a big start cutting the Stan Original series ‘Scrublands’ then off to Brisbane to edit an episode of ‘La Brea’ season 3!
