Rebecca brings leadership experience across Australian sport, including roles with the Brisbane Lions, GWS Giants, Netball NSW, CEO of Little Athletics NSW, and currently as CEO of Gymnastics NSW.

She balances big-picture thinking with real operational experience, and has a knack for turning ideas into things that actually work. A long-time champion of Dreamjar, Rebecca has believed in the quality of our work well before joining the Board.

Peter brings decades of experience across energy and renewables, project development, and company leadership, with board and director roles across private companies and non-profits, including athletics bodies at state and national levels.

What really connects him to Dreamjar is how he thinks. Analytical yet practical, structured yet curious, and deeply interested in meaningful progress.
