It’s been a very nice week across both of our shops. Would you believe it was Assembly’s 14th birthday this week and the milestone nearly slipped by without us remembering! Thank you to all of our lovely customers and to the other venues that serve our tea and coffee. It’s so nice to have such a special community around us.

This filter is one of those easy-drinking, nothing-too-loud coffees. It’s nice to have first thing in the morning, when it’s too early to say too much, other than “this is delicious”.

Think soft milk chocolate, a bit of nuttiness, and some ripe stone fruit sweetness, all wrapped up in a syrupy texture that finishes clean and beautifully balanced.
