1. Customer wanted a fast PC that also run quiet.

2. Customer needed upgrade Windows 10 to 11 (failed to upgrade and needed my assistant)

3. Customer's old PC couldn't run windows 11 so asking for a new PC.

4. Customer's PC shutdown overheat (liquid cooler failed and needed replace)

Upgrading all PCs to windows 11. Fxed Microsoft exchange email issues using outlook.

Since most of our customers came from word of mouth.

Another customer contacted us after she tried geeks2u and told us the tech spent 2 hrs and couldn’t setup ‘Scan to Email‘ on her Kyocera printer using her gmail.

The trick is to setup app password and authorise gmail to accept the printer.
